CANAL OVERSEAS IS THE SUBSIDIARY FOR THE CANAL+ GROUP (VIVENDI GROUP) RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL AND FRENCH-SPEAKING COUNTRIES.

AN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY

CANAL OVERSEAS is the operator for CANAL+, CANALSAT and packages of Pay TV channels all over the world : in Poland, in more than 20 countries of Sub-Saharan Africa, in North Africa, in the Indian Ocean, in the Caribbean and in the South Pacific.
Through CANAL OVERSEAS activities, CANAL+ Group actually covers 4 continents : Europe, Africa, Americas and Oceania.

 

EDITING AND DISTRIBUTION

CANAL OVERSEAS ensures the broadcasting of more than 300 channels by satellite in its markets spread over the four corners of the world. It supplies channels according to each of its markets.
CANAL OVERSEAS edits more than 20 channels intended and adapted for French-speaking countries, Poland and Africa. Through its subsidiaries CANAL OVERSEAS PRODUCTIONS and CANAL OVERSEAS AFRICA produces several audiovisual works every year, more than 200 up till now.

 

A UNIQUE KNOW-HOW

By implementing complex technical devices, CANAL OVERSEAS achieves great feats to offer access to French language channels to Francophones and Francophiles in a large part of the world, and even in the most isolated parts of the world. CANAL OVERSEAS also designs foreign language channel packages such as the CYFRA+ package in Poland.
